The Club Preloved Affiliate Program Operating Agreement

This Affiliate Program Operating Agreement (“Operating Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your participation in the Affiliate Program (the “Program”). “We,” “us,” or “our” means The Club Preloved and GoAffPro.com as our affiliate software provider. “You” or “your” means the applicant. A “site” means a website. “Partner Site” means The Club Preloved’s website and services. “Your site” means any site(s), social channels, or apps that you use to promote The Club Preloved. "Advertising Fees" means commissions earned for a successful and verified referral to the The Club Preloved subscription program.
By checking the box or enrolling in the program, you agree to this Operating Agreement.
1. Description of the Program
The purpose of the Program is to allow you to promote The Club Preloved's monthly membership and earn commission for successful referrals that result in a Qualifying Purchase (defined in Section 7). We may make promotional tools available to you, such as banners, links, and text, for use in your channels.
2. Enrollment
You must complete the affiliate application accurately. We reserve the right to reject or terminate any application if we find it unsuitable or misleading. You must keep your contact information current.
3. Special Links
After acceptance into the Program, you will receive a unique referral link. Use this link to ensure tracking and eligibility for commissions. Only properly formatted Special Links will count toward commission payments.
4. Program Requirements
You agree to comply with all operational documentation and policies, including avoiding fraudulent or deceptive promotion, properly representing The Club Preloved, and only using approved promotional materials.
5. Responsibility for Your Channels
You are solely responsible for the development, operation, and content of your site or promotional channels. You must not promote The Club Preloved in any way that is misleading, offensive, or in violation of applicable law.
6. Order Processing
The Club Preloved will handle all aspects of order processing for customers who use your referral link. This includes order entry, payment, cancellations, and customer service.
7. Advertising Fees (Updated)
You will earn a one-time commission via the Affiliate Programme for each Qualifying Purchase, defined as a new customer who: (a) clicks your referral link, (b) signs up for a Club Preloved monthly membership, and (c) completes their first payment.
Subscription-Based Commission Policy:

Commission is paid only on the first subscription payment.

No commissions are paid on subsequent renewals or recurring charges.
4-Week Subscription Rule: To prevent misuse, commissions will only be paid if the referred customer remains an active subscriber for at least 4 consecutive weeks. If the customer cancels within that time, the referral will not be eligible for a commission.
We may withhold or reverse commissions for cancellations, fraud, or misuse.
8. Advertising Fee Payment (Updated)
Advertising fees are paid monthly, approximately 60 days after the end of each calendar month. Payments are issued once your earned commission reaches the minimum payout threshold. All applicable taxes and deductions will apply.
The Club Preloved reserves the right to delay or withhold payments for returns, subscription cancellations within the 4-week threshold, or other suspected violations.
9. Identifying Yourself as an Affiliate
You must disclose that you may receive compensation for referring Club Preloved. You may not present yourself as a partner, employee, or representative of The Club Preloved.
10. Modifications and Termination
We may update this Agreement at any time. Your continued participation after any update means you accept those changes. You or we may terminate participation at any time.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved under UK jurisdiction.
