I started Diffuse Retail in November 2024 after spending 15 years in the Market Research industry, working with a number of high street retailers. My career exposed me to the substantial impact the fashion industry has on our planet and the shopping habits many women share - all of which motivated me to leave my job and start something new.

I'm passionate about the potential of fashion rental to benefit both our wallets and the environment and I wanted to drive the rental revolution forward by making it more accessible, with a presence on the high street and a wider range of brands and price points.

That's how Diffuse Retail came to be. My unique women's boutique is based in Warwick, (alongside a supporting website) and we specialise in high-quality party, occasion, and formal wear. We provide women with the flexibility to buy or rent outfits, allowing them to choose based on their style, budget, and values, while promoting sustainable fashion choices.
