Founded by surfer Flick, British brand Flickini focuses on swimwear that is beautiful, simple and sustainable. A self-confessed bikini addict, she came to realise how difficult it was to find swimwear that was not overcomplicated, overpriced or uncomfortable to wear and surf in, let alone that was sustainable.

This led to the idea of her own sustainable swimwear label Flickini in 2018, which was officially launched in 2020 after sourcing the best eco-friendly fabrics, perfecting designs & testing all the products.

All Flickini pieces are made from ECONYL ® yarn, a 100% regenerated nylon fibre made from nylon waste otherwise polluting the Earth, like fishing nets, fabric scraps, carpet flooring & industrial plastic rescued from all over the world. Not only are no new resources needed to create our swimwear, but from 2024 onwards we make everything in England too, which we are extremely proud of!
